Our founder and CEO, Dominque Wyche, has been drawn to the idea of entrepreneurship since high school. Considering the fact that his uncle ran Wyche’s Barbershop in West Philadelphia, he naturally gravitated toward starting a hair business.

In an attempt to understand the needs of people with textured hair, Wyche conducted a survey in the Temple University community and eventually discovered a gap in the market. Most participants were unsure of where to buy quality hair products and how to look after their textured hair.  As a result, Divercity Hair Network was born!

Consumers of natural hair products deserve a personal and accommodating customer experience. We’re making this vision a reality.
